1. “I’ve just placed my order, What happens next?"

    You will receive an email from us confirming your order, once your payment is received (usually within 48hrs of purchase) Your order is processed through to our printers. 

    2. “How long will it take to receive my order?"

      We work our hardest to have your order sent out as fast as possible, however, our printers have their own queue of orders to get through too, so we mention there is an estimated wait of up to two weeks (10 Business days) for your order to be printed and collected, we then check the quality of your print/s before packaging and posting your order. So please be patient with us whānau, we want you rocking your Ahi gears ASAP too but do not short cut on quality and make sure it's sharp and ready before it heads your way.


      3. “When will I receive my next update?"

        Once your order is ready to be posted, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information included. (Please note that Postage times will vary depending on your location)


        4. “Do you hold any stock?"

          Unfortunately we don’t. Because we are a MADE-TO-ORDER Business, every purchase made by you is Custom Made (Sizing, Colour and Style) Hence why our turnover from time of purchase to dispatch can take up to 10 Business days as we send your order to our printers to be processed once payment is received.


          5. "Where are you Located?"

            We are based in Gold Coast, Australia.


            6. “Where do you ship orders to?"

              We're currently posting Domestically within Australia and Internationally to New Zealand only. However, if you would like an order to be sent to another country - Please send an email to our Customer Support.


              7. "What Payment methods do you accept?"

              We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Lay-buy, Afterpay and Zip
              (Please note: Pay later options may differ for our NZ customers)

              All our orders are sent via Australia Post, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email once it's been dispatched from our care. Once orders are dispatched - We will do everything in our power to please our customers if any concerns are brought to our attention, however - Ahi collection is not held responsible for late deliveries, loss or damage, after postage has been processed.

              Standard Post Delivery within Australia is between 2 - 5 Business Days ( in some cases delivery can take longer depending on location. eg, Rural or Remote areas )
              Express Postage Delivery is approximately 1 - 3 Business Days.

              Standard Post Delivery to New Zealand is estimated between 10 - 20 Business Days.
