- Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post or Courier time frames and time zones and does not include order processing time.
- All orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am to 4pm AEST.
- Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched
- Orders can take up to 2 Business days for payment to process and 5 - 7 Business days for your order to be processed, printed and dispatched. Please allow up to 10 Business days for your order to be shipped.
- In some cases, I may need to contact you before your order can be processed or shipped.
- To ensure there is no delay, please respond to emails from firstname.lastname@example.org

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
AHI Collection wants you to be happy with the purchases you make. Your order will be carefully looked over and checked for any faults before shipment. Due to hygiene reasons a refund cannot be accepted once clothing has been worn and/or tags have been removed.
If there is a fault that I have over looked, a replacement will be made or a store credit to the value will be issued
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
- Please ensure your return arrives back in an unworn condition
Failure to comply may result in your return being declined.
